Delivery or pickup details are agreed after the order is reviewed, so the final total is clear before payment.
Pay after confirmation
The checkout request does not charge your card. Payment is arranged only after FiKay confirms the order details with you.
How ordering works
Choose your skincare, makeup, body care or FiKay Lux items from the catalogue.
At checkout, select “Confirm availability before payment” and submit the order request.
The team confirms stock, delivery or pickup arrangements, and the final amount by WhatsApp or phone.
You only make payment once availability and the final total have been confirmed.
Payment note
Online card payment is not currently used as the primary checkout method. This protects customers from paying for items before product availability, delivery cost and pickup or delivery arrangements have been confirmed.
